Monmouth Internet supports all PPP winsock-compliant email
applications. Some common ones are Eudora, Microsoft Internet Mail, Spry Mail, Netscape
Mail and Pegasus mail. The following information will help you setup each mail program.
By default all domains are setup with an ALL IN ONE mail box.
This means that anyname@yourdomain.com will be
delivered to your primary mail account with Monmouth Internet.
You have the following options for the primary mail account.
1) If you are connecting directly to Monmouth Internet you
may simple configure your mail client as shown below and collect your mail from your mail
box.
2) We can have the mail forwarded to an email account of your
choice on the internet if you use another network.
If you need additional addresses that require delivery to
different individuals we can:
1) Setup additional physical email boxes
2) We can have the mail forwarded to an email account of your
choice on the internet.
- Pop3/IMAP Server (incoming mail):
mail.monmouth.com
- SMTP Server (outgoing mail)**:
smtp.monmouth.com
- Account Name or User Name:
username (ie. jdoe)
- Pop Account (Eudora Only or Claris Email): username@mail.monmouth.com
